Our second Foodhall opened in May 2009 on the ground floor of the iconic University Campus Suffolk Waterfront building at Neptune Quay in Ipswich.
As well as being a retail foodhall, we have a 120-seat brasserie that concentrates on producing classic British dishes using locally-sourced ingredients from artisan producers. Long-forgotten recipes, such as the 15th Century Bacon Frois and Fidget Pie, are championed on the menu. Local suppliers such as Sutton Hoo chicken and St Jude's brewery are also featured.
Similar to the Royal Arsenal foodhall, we sell a range of high-end groceries, fine wine, real ale, British cheeses, handmade ice cream, cured meats and fruit & veg. The majority of our produce is sourced direct from Suffolk.
There is also a cafe seating area for customers to relax with a coffee and a handmade cake, watching the world go by on the waterfront, as well as an outside terrace and private dining room.
